My momma told me there'd be days like this

Absolutely — and it's easier than you might think. We've partnered with Africa Collect, a registered South African art finance service, to make owning the artwork you love more accessible than ever.

Here's the best part: once you find a piece that speaks to you, you can take it home straight away. There's no waiting until it's paid off — the artwork is yours from day one, while you spread the cost comfortably over 6 or 12 months in manageable monthly instalments.

The process is straightforward. You simply sign up with Africa Collect once, and from there you can shop on an ongoing basis within your approved credit limit — ideal for building your collection over time.

This means you no longer have to choose between the artwork you love and your monthly budget. Whether you're drawn to an investment piece or something that simply makes your heart sing, our instalment plan puts it within reach — without the financial strain of paying all at once.

Visit Africa Collect to sign up and find out more.

We accept cryptocurrency for artwork purchases. This include Bitcoin (BTC) - payments are sent directly to the gallery's wallet.

Altcoins like Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Monero (XMR) and others also accepted and are handled through our Trocador integration, which converts your chosen coin into Bitcoin at checkout at competitive rates.

At checkout you'll receive a QR code, wallet address, and the exact amount to send. Altcoin conversions usually complete within 10 minutes — please allow a little longer during periods of network congestion.

Delivery in South Africa
Delivery anywhere in South Africa is free. We ship from our gallery in Cape Town, so works going to Cape Town and surrounds are delivered within 48 hours of payment. If you need it sooner, email charl@worldart.co.za or WhatsApp +27 72 279 8712 and we'll arrange it. For destinations further afield, please allow 5 to 7 working days.

International delivery
Once we've received payment, your artwork is collected from the gallery within 24 hours by our shipping agent, Jetlog (https://jlog.co.za/), a Cape Town shipping company. Jetlog packs the work to our insurer's specifications and handles the export, then hands it to DHL for door-to-door delivery, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Your shipping quote includes clearance charges. Customs duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country and are payable by you when the work arrives. Many countries tax original artworks at a reduced rate. DHL will contact you to settle any amount due before delivery.
